About SkyVast
SkyVast Green Initiative is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit driving transformation in Africa’s arid and semi-arid lands (ASALs). By connecting water resilience with community empowerment, we work where hope is most needed and impact lasts longest.
We use scalable, tech-enhanced solutions to address urgent challenges like water scarcity, malnutrition, and environmental degradation—while equipping communities to thrive for generations.

Our work on the ground is delivered through four scalable, community-driven models—each designed to meet the unique water needs of households, schools, farms, and entire counties across ASAL regions.
Each SGI Pack grows in complexity and impact—from rainwater tanks for one family to climate-smart mega-dams supporting entire counties.
Starter Pack
Rainwater tanks for 1,000 women-led households, supporting farming, small industries, and livestock.
Community Pack
Medium-scale water systems for schools, clinics, and community hubs, including boreholes and storage.
Golden Pack
Large-scale infrastructure such as dams and extensive water storage systems to serve entire regions, ensuring reliable year-round water access
Resilience Pack
Advanced, long-term solutions integrating water conservation, ecosystem restoration, and climate resilience strategies to safeguard future supply
